Weel Twelve NFL Picks

NFL Week Twelve Picks

There were three games played on Thanksgiving this week that took some players out of the player pool. Luckily, there isn’t any teams on bye so we still have 12 games on Sunday. Some strong teams get to face inferior opponents this week in the Giants versus the Browns and surging Dolphins versus the 49ers. Both the Giants and Dolphins will have good plays at any of their offensive positions. The Saints are at home which means the likelihood of a lot of points scored by them to be very high. Finally, the Patriots are at home against an imploding Jets team that is weak against the pass. I have highlighted players I think are good plays this week with a little blurb to support my picks with a couple facts.

The NFL Week Twelve Picks:

Cash Games

Quarterbacks:

Tom Brady ($9100 on FD, $7800 on DK) – Brady has thrown for multiple touchdowns in five of his six games this year and thrown for three in four games. The Patriots are at home against a Jets defense that has struggled all year. The Patriots are nine point favorites and have a Vegas implied point total of 28.

Drew Brees ($8600 on FD, $7100 on DK) – Brees is averaging three touchdowns per game at home. Brees has multiple touchdowns in eight of his ten starts this year. Fire him up in this home matchup against the average Rams defense.

Russell Wilson ($7500 on FD, $6700 on DK) – The Bucs are in the bottom five in the NFL in terms of passing touchdowns allowed. Wilson is the QB4 over the past three weeks as he continues his career trend of heating up in the second half of the year.

Running Backs:

David Johnson ($9500 on FD, $8900 on DK) – Unless you have been living under a rock, then you know that David Johnson is incredible. This is the highest Vegas implied game total on the slate and Johnson is the engine that makes the Cardinals offense go. He is always a fantastic play and this week is no different in the dome of Atlanta.

Jay Ajayi ($8400 on FD, $7600 on DK) – The 49ers continue to be the worst run defense in the NFL as they are allowing 180 rushing yards per game. For comparative purposes, no team allowed more than 140 last year. The new workhouse Ajayi should eat as the Dolphins look to stay hot with their current five game winning streak.

Rashad Jennings ($6600 on FD, $5600 on DK) – The Giants have the cake matchup of the Browns this week. They are the NFL’s 31st ranked defense. Jennings is becoming the bell cow back for New York as he has 44 touches and 238 yards in his last two games.
