We’ve got a very interesting four game slate tonight…three teams in excellent spots, and two of those teams have multiple lines you could argue as primary targets tonight. I honestly think we’ll see more spread out ownership than normal tonight, so just build something you’re comfortable with and don’t feel the need to jam in a certain line.
CBJ1: Panarin-Dubois-Atkinson, $17.4K: The Blue Jackets’ top line has been playing very well lately, and it’s probably time to take them off the blacklist. Tonight they’ll draw a strong home matchup against the Red Wings who are playing the second half of a home-road back-to-back and their third game in four nights overall. We’re most likely going to see Jared Coreau in goal, who probably isn’t an NHL-caliber goalie. This is an excellent spot for CBJ at both 5v5 and on the PK. It’s tough to pin down line matching in this game as Jeff Blashill will more than likely be busting out the blender after last night’s embarrassment against Vegas. But overall, there aren’t any line matches we need to be afraid of in this game for CBJ1. The only question tonight becomes which lines/spots do you like best? For me, there are three or four that are all very close, and we’ll have to pick and choose wisely. D-man correlation play: Seth Jones, $6,000
