MLB Stacks of the Night: Friday June 9th

New York Mets

Opposing pitcher: Julio Teheran (R)

The Atlanta Braves moved into a new stadium this season and it is awfully friendly to left handed power hitters. Fortunately for us the New York Mets are loaded with left handed batters with pop in their bats. In their first encounter with Julio Teheran at SunTrust Park, the Mets scored six runs off him in six innings. Teheran has struggled to adjust to his new home stadium as he has a 8.40 ERA in his six starts there with nine homeruns allowed in 30 innings. In his career Teheran has also historically struggled more with left handed hitters allowing 32.9% hard contact. All the Mets lefties are in play tonight with Michael Conforto being the best option followed closely by Lucas Duda, Jay Bruce, Asdrubal Cabrera, Curtis Granderson and Neil Walker.

Michael Conforto .422 WOBA, .307 ISO

Lucas Duda .397 WOBA, .288 ISO

Jay Bruce .396 WOBA, .325 ISO

Neil Walker .347 WOBA, .216 ISO

Expected ownership: Medium
